The staff was helpful, but when I went to check out there was a sign saying someone would be back. I had to get to work so couldn’t wait. The kitchen sink had a significant leak. Employees were very nice, just not well handled.

The night we arrived after paying earlier that day, the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. Therre were 5 other guests trying to check into rooms that were paid for and “reserved”. 2 rooms were found available, (we received 1 of those rooms) the other guests had to leave and find new accommodations elsewhere. The TV didn't work. The kitchen sink leaks and I had a hard time sleeping. The upstairs neighbors were too loud. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready.

First sign I countered reminded me management not responsible for theft or damage to my vehicle. It made it seem property might be inot safe. In”Their” parking lot, not a ramp , or off site but “Their” property. Room appeared to need a big upgrade and tub did not drain .I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet.

It was decent at best, the shower head and hose it was attached to were broken, I actually bought my own shower head. And the recliner didn't recline at all. Oddly enough, I know the person that had the room before me, and I know they complained about the shower and the recliner, yet nothing was done about it. Probably won't stay there again.
