Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing! We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE. So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great! "we stay 1 night prior to our morning flight..The hotel is inside Chubu International Airport which only takes less than 5 minutes walk to check in counter. The hotel room is spacious enough for 2 person and clean. There is convenient store next to the hotel and plenty eatery at the airport. I recommend this hotel if you have early morning flight."

"The hot spring onsen bath was delightful! Staff were helpful. We had difficulty finding the hotel on a rainy evening. First night in Japan and we couldn't quite figure out GPS on any of our phones, but once we were in, it was very nice."
