Horrible communication for needed repairs
We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only worked when they disconnected the owners ability to make it unbearably hot via Wi-Fi. The communication was absolutely horrendous, and it was absolutely not what we paid for. Members of our party flew back to LA because they couldn’t handle the deplorable conditions, and lack of repairs. They refunded us about 1/4 of the total, only after HOURS on the phone with the management company. Please beware of Roami management. I will never rent from them again.

Wonderful stay in Sunny Isles
We had a great time staying at this location. Both units were simply beautiful with wonderful views of the areas. The building was peaceful and easily accessible. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami area.
