We've stayed at 1Hotel several times in the past, but this was our first time with this particular host. As usual, the resort and amenities are amazing...arguably the best on Miami Beach (which is why we keep coming back). The host was also great. She met us at the front desk at check-in, personally escorted us to the (very clean) unit, showed us around, answered questions, etc. Other hosts just have us let ourselves in and contact them with any problems so getting a live visit was a nice touch. I'd def stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was everything we had hoped it to be. The resort restaurants weren’t our favorites but you’re so close to so much good food it didn’t matter. The resort service was amazing, you get treated as hotel guests do and have access to all the amenities and can do room charges. The pools are warm and it’s not a rat race trying to get chairs (during the week), on the weekend you just need to go down a little earlier. The pull out couch bed was cozier than most and the room was very nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very nice, welcoming agent was very friendly. I'd make a few things more clear upon arrival: 1) How to get towels (you can literally just walk to the same place you empty garbage and grab clean ones, also how to dispose of them), 2) Better directions on trash (use only the small bags - the chute is tiny), 3) Get better trash bags (very flimsy and they would constantly break, I'd actually recommend a better kitchen trash can in general), 4) The shower drips (I'd just fix it - you can get it to a very slow drip of you turn the handle hard but someone will likely break it off one day so I'd just fix it).These are all really easy fixes and I think would truly make this a 5 star property/service model. We would likely use your services again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was okay, the front desk in the lobby was the not quite pleasant, and the comforter had a blood stain on it which really disturbed us. We didn’t like that there were no ice trays. The hand soap we were given was labeled as body wash.. which was quite odd to us. The shower head constantly dropped water when it was turned off. That was very annoying throughout the night. Overall, the check in process was easy and the hotel was nice. I wouldn’t book this hotel room again due to the problems we were having at the airport to get us to Miami and the host not budging with us to give us a refund since we couldn’t make it there on time.

Great hosts
Leaving this place with a smile on our faces. It was great to be hosted by LUXURY RENTALS MIAMI BEACH. The residence was very clean, and the staff was very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including a Nespresso for our morning coffee! 100% recommended. We will return.

Couldn't ask for a better birthday celebration. Coming to Miami Beach with my best friends and staying in this residence was just amazing. Very clean, property manager very easy to deal with, our requests were all quickly addressed, check in and check out were very smooth.. The team is very professional -they provide luxury service.
