Perfect Rental Unit in the Grove
This nicely decorated unit has everything you’ll need. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with wonderful views and access to all of the the Arya Hotel amenities. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again soon.

So much for a reasonable price
The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were surprised that the kitchen had a small dishwasher! The huge windows with two different shade options led out to a wraparound deck, awesome for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The elevators in the building took forever sometimes but the stairs were close by in case we didn’t want to wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

perfect Coconut Grove condo
This was an amazing corner studio condo unit. My personal highlights: super comfortable king size bed, wraparound balcony with lots of light streaming through the unit, soothing color palette, access to the pool :) Great Coconut Grove location with restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Host was responsive in communication. This was a perfect place for a long weekend and I hope to return again next winter/spring.

The condo was in the perfect location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. We felt very safe staying there. The bed was comfortable and seeing the skyline at night from the bed was beautiful. The kitchen area had what we needed for our stay. The balcony was small ,but you were able to see some water on one side. The other view was more rooftops. We had a great time there! Thankyou🙂 S&D

Adorable, clean and great location
Stayed here with my daughter while visiting U of Miami. It was very clean and cozy, felt right at home. Had great dinners within walking distance and took short uber ride to Coral Gables for shopping and more great restaurants. Perfect location!

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great little kitchen, fantastic view and nice, roomy bathroom.
If you want to be in the heart of Coconut Grove, this place is perfect. Right next door to Peacock Garden Cafe and right across the street from a great new restaurant, Glass & Vine. The small studio apartment was immaculate; fresh towels, nice roomy bathroom and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The parking pass provided was also extremely helpful. The toilet had some flushing issues, but the owner quickly contacted housekeeping and they were up with a plunger quickly (had to come twice over the weekend). Friday night in the Grove was a little loud but that's to be expected and we slept great all three nights. The Sonesta is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool (amazing view of the Bay) , the fitness room and the bar during our stay. The owner answered all of my questions prior to the stay and again, was quick to take care of the toilet problem as soon as we let her know. I will make one, petty little suggestion. When arriving late (as we did our first night) it would be great to have a few items for the morning. There were two K-cup packets of coffee but no creamer, or bottled water; again, not a make or break deal but it would've been nice to enjoyed coffee in bed that first morning rather than having to get up and make a Starbuck's run first thing. (Later, we found Panther Coffee around the block and took advantage of that). For a couple looking to enjoy Biscayne Bay and the entire Coconut Grove scene, this place is a perfect getaway.

Everything setting up this stay was easy. The mini suite was beautiful, clean and in the middle of Coconut Grove. The wrap around windows made the suite feel very inviting. The 8th floor pool and restaurant overlooking the bay was the best. I would stay here over and over.

Wonderful place to stay in Coconut Grove!
We enjoyed our "part vacation - part business" weekend in the area. The suite has a gorgeous view, the building's restaurant and pool deck made for a relaxing weekend, and the restaurants nearby were fantastic. The suite was clean and well equipped, the decor is contemporary and efficient, and check in and check out was quick. We were allowed to check in early, once the suite was ready - a bonus that we greatly appreciated!
