「I could write many paragraphs on the Romanos but I will stick to the highlights. It is a very good hotel - perhaps not quite exceptional, but very good in many areas. Combined with the Westin it is large - we went late October which was perhaps fractionally late for sunbathing (though it was about 25 degrees between 11-4 so good for lying by the pool or on the beach) - but perfect golfing temperature. The golf is excellent, the tennis set-up is disappointing despite the number of courts. ...

「Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back. 」

「The hotel is beautiful and all staff are very polite and friendly. Our room and ensuite were spotlessly clean and we loved the seaview from the balcony. Breakfast was good value for money. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away and plenty of places to eat and a couple of supermarkets in walking distance. The hotel has a car park located close by. The only downside was traffic noise i think because our room was next to the road but didn't spoil our holiday. 」
