Welcome to Apartment 303 at Miramar Beach condos, your private Penthouse with two floors. We are just off the beaten path, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, a short drive from Merida, and about a 5-minute drive to central Chicxulub and 12 to central Progresso.

On the ROOFTOP, you can enjoy the beautiful Ocean View, from your private plunge pool and the log pergola with comfortable seating. Enjoy some margaritas at the custom bar beside the wall mural adding a delightful reminder of being in the tropics .

Of the 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 2 have King sized beds, and the 3rd has 2 twin-sized beds (that can be changed into another king with 24-hour notice). Each has a large private split bathroom. This is convenient as two people can get ready at the same time as each bathroom is a different room. There is also a guest bathroom.
There is a maximum number of six registered guests allowed.

THE LIVING ROOM has several couches to enjoy some down time after a day in the sun. Your TV is a 55" smart TV with various apps including Netflix. Enjoy the high speed internet while you relax after a busy day of fun in the sun! Another bonus is that the sliding glass doors slide into the pocket wall that not only give access to the BALCONY but also greatly extending the living room!

THE KITCHEN has quality appliances which include a large fridge, electric stove top, ice machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender and an ample supply of pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware. More than what you’d need to prepare drinks, snacks, or any meal of the day. There are loads of custom cabinets and space to stock with your favorite munchies!

The BREAKFAST BAR is next to the kitchen where your family can relax while you prepare a delicious meal.

THE DINING ROOM also accommodates up to 6 guests for sit-down meals. The end of the table can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to work remotely. (We hope you don't)

SHARED POOL AREA: Swim in the pool or sunbathe on one of the poolside lounges . Besides the swimming pool, there are communal table bars and a barbeque as well as showers and washrooms.

Please contact us within 24 hours of booking so we can set up your check in time. If you need to arrive late, the Lock box is convenient for our guests. We will then meet with you the next morning for a personal check-in to explain the amenities of the apartment, the House Rules and answer any of your questions of local activities to ensure you have a fantastic vacation.

Your designated parking stall is #1. For any additional vehicles,
please park on the street and not in the parking lot.
Please note that only registered guests whose names are on the registration are allowed. No visitors and no pets please.

Although we as we are only 5 minutes from the beach, we are not in close walking distance of the amenities of Chicxulub or Progresso, so if you do not have a car, taxis are a good alternative and are very cheap. See your complimentary guest binder with phone numbers for taxi drivers and local amenities.
