"An elderly property essentially on the esplanade. Of course that means no lift making it inaccessible for some. On the other hand the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good and the price was incredibly low. This might have been because I visited "off season" but it was certainly about half the cost of any other lodging I used during a two-week trip across the south coast. I'd definitely go back again."

"Bathroom shower tiles could do with more attention to cleaning. Otherwise, pleasant stay and welcoming staff and owners. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property and and you could hear downstairs occupants early early AM which did disturb our sleep. However, the B&B was a pleasent stay Its located within a 20 min walk to the Old Town and central shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the pier. Local.corner shops too. "

The Twenty One is conveniently located for the beach, seafront entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants without being too close (fairly quiet street with little through traffic and it’s associated noise). "This overall was one of the best experiences I have had. Owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Even charged my cell phone for me when my phone died due to bringing wrong converter. Staff was also warm, inviting and most welcoming. Food was unbelievable!!! Definitely will be back. "

"I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. "
