"I enjoyed staying here. When we checked in the staff was very polite and friendly. I Kara was super sweet and helpful. I had no problems checking in or out of the hotel. The room was a bit small for two beds but overall it was managable. Overall the stay was great and will definitely come back. "

"Always stay in this beautiful hotel during Emerald City Comicon. This last stay though… ended up with a room, when I opened the window, that was directly in the wind drift of a nasty nasty smell… so that kind of ruined it for me.. next time I’ll request a room where I stayed before, where I had lovely views and no smells when window was open."
