"The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. The restaurant on site is good. The area is walkable and near the major attractions. The main drawback for us was that the room was poorly ventilated - no bathroom fan and no way to open a window. This made the room a bit stuffy at times. I'd stay here again, but hope to get a room with better ventilation. "

"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....
