Independent Mantorville hotels

"Upon arrival we found out that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, we were never notified, so it was a complete surprise. Room was spacious, but not very clean, mattress was old and uncomfortable. Trip was part of a large group meeting (approximately 2500 members). We were told that parking would be offered to our group at a discounted rate of $4.00 per day Our final bill showed that in our case discount was not applied because our reservation was not made directly through them, it was...

"This hotel is right across from St Mary’s. It has a shuttle to Mayo or you can walk to St Mary’s and take the patient one there. Several places to eat close by. Breakfast does not offer anything hot or healthy except fruit. That was the only thing negative about staying there. I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel. "

"I was actually very surprised, since I was expecting a much more run down facility. It was clean seemed well kept up for what was thrre. We, myself and my wife, are elderly and in pain, as to mobility yet we were slated for the 2nd floor. The mznager did assist with our luggage, which was very kind of him. The place was well priced for what is provided."

"I’ve stayed at the Aspen Suites almost everytime I’ve visited Rochester. I like the property because of its amenities. First I like the Suite set up. More room and the kitchenette is nice. I also like the breakfast’s which are more than just cold cereal and coffee. I also like the snack at night, which can fill the eating void. Lastly, the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service!"

"David the concierge was fantastic. Dropped my car off and picked my car up for me on the street. The TV in the room was old and hard to navigate. The rooms are quite dated, Super hard to get the thermostats to work and the hotel is under construction in the lobby."
