"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. "Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time."

"The place is gorgeous and you have a nice view on both sides of the property. Only concern I would say is we woke up one night with the door opened and we were positive we locked the door. But it would have been the door needed more force to be closed. Overall stay was great. Quiet place and easy to locate around the city. "
