Ski Trip
Property worked for what we needed. Its a little older and "worn" but served its purpose for what we were looking for. Was very clean and had the basics that were needed for the stay. Very convenient to the slopes.

Great Stay in Mammoth
4 of us stayed at the condo for three nights. It is in a great location, a 10 minute walk from Mammoth Brewing and other restaurants. The condo was very clean, comfortable and the owners supply everything needed to cook in the kitchen as well as a nice supply of toiletries. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Got the job done.
The location was perfect to Eagle Lodge. The beds were slightly dirty especially the pull out couch. There was trash in the upstairs balcony bedroom. No fire wood. The bathrooms, both sink and showers leak so the floors where sopping wet. Not sure I would stay here again.

perfect size for 4 ladies ski get-a-way.
overall a great condo. I would stay here again. few things: - broken toaster needs to be replaced. - lower kitchen cabinets needs to be screwed into the wall. - need a dish scrubber and paper towels. - we wish the shuttle stop was closer. it's a bit too far for our skiers to walk.

Snow Trip
Overall the place is a good spot. Very close to everything you need for ski trip. The kitchen has been updated and looks great. The beds and baths are older but still work fine. Check in was a little confusing due to having to make reservations through VRBO and then having to sign a contract with the property management company. The only other issue I had was when we arrived there was a weed pen on the fireplace and was missed on the cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had a TV in the bedroom that did not work. We could have managed except for that the couch and the hard wood chairs in the main TV area were very uncomfortable. We had three people and it was difficult to relax. I would not stay here again.

nice location, indoor practical without frills
checkin / checkout was very convenient. the location of the unit is close to a bus stop and in a nice area. the unit itself is clean but without frills, we call it practical. We are happy with our stay but would suggest that the property manager fixes some of the minor issues we noticed. Pros: - great location - unit is very quiet - good for 3 peoples - nice wood fire stove, easy to start, control and clean - all appliances worked perfectly - good wifi and TV (netflix, amazon, HBO) Cons (minor) - some electrical outlets have unsecured face plate, this could be a problem with smaller children - the curtain for the upstairs showers should be replaced with some "hermetic" inclosure - we had a problem with one of the kitchen cabinet - need more towels (even so we had a dryer, we ran out) - garage is really tight for a larger SUV

Adequate- could be better.
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main room in the photos is really nice. But there are lots of things broken we had to email our host every time we found something so we wouldn’t be charged for it. Busted window in the living room, ripped lampshade in the bedroom. We couldn’t use the second floor bathroom- it was leaking and the floor was flooded. The bathrooms are from 1960 and look pretty awful. They need new beds. Super uncomfortable and everything is old. They didn’t have matches for the fireplace/stove and no directions for finding the hot tub. Would not stay here again. It could be so cute if only they would care for it.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Not what we hoped it would be
The location was wonderful. We were visiting with another couple and the location was great as it was a 3 minute drive to lifts/lodge. Our issue was that first of all the decomposing mouse on a sticky trap that we found under the downstairs bed. We do understand that this can be an issue in a forested area. That was not the issue but, it should have been checked and disposed of BEFORE we checked in. It was NOT freshly trapped. its claim was a “remodeled” unit. A more accurate description would be, updated kitchen. All other parts of the unit were a bit outdated. The other issue we had was that this is Not a 2 bedroom. This is a 1 private bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs without a door. Not private for the other couple upstairs as there is NO door and all conversations between upstairs and downstairs were easily overheard. Along with a very creaky upstairs floor that would wake us up in the downstairs room every time someone would get up to use the restroom or even turn over in bed. The upstairs shower needs to be redone as it leaks heavily onto floor and floods the area. When I tried to address all my concerns, management refunded my cleaning fee and brushed off all other concerns, not even returning my requests for management to discuss.

Fit Our Needs
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is more conducive to Eagle Lodge. I was really fearful of the second parking (first come first serve) but we got lucky each time we came back. So I think this location is pretty good. The kitchen is the main remodeled room. Our friends with a Subaru Crosstrek with a Yakima box barely cleared the garage because of the ice. We chipped at it so it wouldn't raise the car. It's still nice this location has at least one. Three areas of concern: 1) upstairs restroom floor had a giant puddle. I assume from the on and off leaky shower. Some nights we could stop the dripping and other we couldn't. Looked around and didn't see any piping leaks. The restrooms are all dated but work. 2) kitchen heater was not working. We definitely called because we have an 8 month old and it was freezing for the first night in the living room. They were really responsive when we called. They came fast for it being a holiday weekend 3) the "third bed" is a mattress in the corner of the upstairs living balcony? It didn't look sanitary and it made it seem like someone was squatting there. We only had four people and a baby so we didn't touch it.

Leaking shower flooded bathroom
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we’ve rented the same unit. This year upon arrival the upstairs bathroom was flooded, there was a leak from the shower. Not sure how long the condo had gone unvisited by the rental company but the bathroom floor was soaked in water all the way out to the carpet, it had a funky smell and the flooring was coming up on the edges of the shower. We called after hour help and someone came by to check it out and turn the water off. We paid for a 2bd/2bath and got a 2bd 1bath. We called later that week during business hours and the front desk lady asked us to reach out to someone in an email. We had the repair man and a front desk lady both aware of our unhappiness with the situation and still they want us to email another...

Very cozy. Lots of space. Kitchen is great! Only downside are the bathrooms. They could use upgrading. But otherwise was great stay for me and my family.

Except for the kitchen, it needs updating
The kitchen was the highlight. Looks like it was recently upgraded. Could use more outlets though. When we arrived the unit was cold and took a long while to heat up. I think one thermostat didn’t work. Bathrooms need the most attention. The shower downstairs was hard to get the right temp. Also, there seemed to be a leak from this bathroom that was causing a problem in the garage below. We received a surprise knock on the door but the guy didn’t have any credentials so we didn’t let him in. Management called and advised another person would be over to inspect. That person arrived and found the problem was a pipe below the unit (not in the unit). Overall, the location was convenient, but not really walking distance to the Village, especially if weather is an issue. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but only when there aren’t any other viable options.

Great stay!
Amazing location and overall wonderful spot! We had a wedding in mammoth for the weekend and we could walk to all the events easily which was nice since Uber and Lyft weren’t around. The property management company was super helpful and flexible. No complaints would gladly come back and stay again!!

Unpleasant!
Rodents chewed into our sealed cookie and bread packages on the counter, as well as protein on the table, leaving crumbs on the table and chair! The closets has some random bedding that seemed to have been tossed in there. No a/c, wifi does not work (bad signal), unstable chair, garage does not have a lock and 1/3 os it was occupied with construction materials, very dark in there. The waste bin was not in an enclosed area, and the adjacent waste cans either did not have a lid and/or the lid was not secured. This probably attracts rodents. The parking lot throughout the complex was extremely dark, minimal lighting.

Other than that everything else was great! Would definitely go back.

Weekend snow trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The key pick up and cabin were not hard to find. It’s apart of a complex that other cabins/chalets. The garage is the first floor. You walk into the second, into the living room, where there is a real nice oven style fireplace and a smaller pull out bed couch. It was just me, my boyfriend and my brother so we had tons of room. But the cabin did have two regular queen beds, 1 pull out bed, and this queen mattress no frame is located in a little hidden nook only accessible from the 1 room upstairs. We all thought the mattresses were a little stiff. We should of brought our own pillows. But by far not the worst or most uncomfortable beds. They had 99% of everything we needed in the kitchen. We bought all food needed of course but was surprised when they didn’t have tin foil. But not a big deal. Awesome grill on the side patio. We were running out of wood and gave them a call and they brought more. All and all it was a real cute spot. I would definitely rent again. But I would recommend an L shaped sectional with pull out in place of the small couch.
