"The Nile view suite was amazing. The service and friendliness of the staff wonderful. Super safe area. Great food. Negatives: The hotel is not smoke free and the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. They need to close the door to the lounge where smoking is allowed. They use a very heavy air freshener. Carpet in the room should be replaced with a hard floor covering. "

"We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
