“I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. The second bedroom faces an alley and is completely quiet and peaceful at all times. There is only a radiator to heat the apartment, which is controlled by the building manager. The owner was nice enough to……

“This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. There’s a private outdoor space in back. Nice appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The linens are also very nice. And the location is terrific too, lots of stores and restaurants close by.”

“This is a great apartment right in the financial district of NYC. The owners are quick to respond with communication. It is decorated with modern minimalism. Lots of linens, pillows, etc. Laundry facility is on 3,12, or 14th floors. Gym on 9th floor. ”

“My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of little Italy. You walk out the door and it is food and activity and shops and so fun. The apartment is very clean, sunny and very nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The bedrooms were a little noisy because they’re right on a busy street but nothing overwhelming. Highly recommend this place for your trip to New York City! ”
