Exactly what we were looking for
The home has both a spacious garage and ample room inside to fit our group of 8. The fixtures and furnishings were modern and clean. The area itself (Hollywood) is understandably not the nicest part of town, but we felt extremely safe and comfortable here. The owner / property manager are very responsive and access was simple. We would definitely come again and have this be our home base for activities in Hollywood / North LA.

Centrally located for a family visit to LA. Clean, well-stocked, and with convenient garage below the unit. A bit noisy with supermarket loading dock on one side and shared wall w/ neighbors on the other, but overall it worked out fine for us.

Booked last minute, and loved it! Property is uber-safe despite being in heart of city, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The garage is a huge bonus, and the rooms are spacious and contemporary. Best of all? The bed sheets are super cozy!

You do not expcact to have a problem, but when you do and you need help, the manager/host Shawn Sanders is there, on duty, and he solves the problem. Great guy. Thanks very much, Shawn. You saved the trip.

My Stay was a great one. The house manager was very helpful and always responsive when i emailed about flight charges and needs to adjust The property is well kept and clean Only issue was the garage parking....Its not an issue when people are not parked outside the unit But 1st day other neighbors was parked out front of the doors which made it hard to park with the angle of the garage space But its plenty of space its just the angle I WILL DEFINITELY RENT THIS SPACE AGAIN FOR MY NEXT FAMILY SUPPORT TRIP I ENJOYED MY STAY

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and modern. The property was safe and secure. My husband loved the garage! Shawn was very attentive and made himself available if we had any questions or concerns. Definitely will stay here again!!!

I loved everything about this property, and the host were amazing! Aside of me getting in through the tight spaces that led to the garage (which is in no one's control) I had an amazing stay and I plan to return very soon šŸ˜Š

Great location to Universal Studios and the Hollywood area.
The property was very nice! It was new, clean and in a great location. The property managers were very helpful, instructions were very detailed. They took great care of us. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was new and very clean. Parking is a little tight but very secure and accessible. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very easy. Shawn & Team are great!!
