「Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!」

「Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting.」

「From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7...

「I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.」

「My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well-situated in a quiet neighborhood - very private, surrounded by trees and a few wild turkeys. There were many amenities that made our stay enjoyable from the large patio and pool, 3 full baths in the main house, one of which had an amazing shower system with body spray, and a designated work area for those that can’t leave work behind.
