「Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung im dritten Stock mit Fahrstuhl und kleiner Dachterrasse. Warum steht in der Lagebeschreibung eine ganz andere Adresse, wo doch die eigentliche Adresse 303 Stanhope Street viel besser ist. Für eine New York Tour super, 2 U-Bahn-Linien fußläufig erreichbar, Nahversorgung, usw. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr knapp und einiges auch nur auf Nachfrage (Wifi). Auch fehlt der Wohnung ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit. Nur drei Messer, Geschirr grundsätzlich sehr knapp und...

「We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. We came to NY for the US Open. While the home met the needs of our group, it was not as easy to get to the tennis center as we had hoped. That being said, it was a nice place.」

「I just stayed at this property for 10 days and really loved it. While it's a tiny apartment, it has everything you need for a great stay: clean, nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen including a ton of spices, coffee, every appliance that you could think of, beautiful balcony with great views and furniture, and a fantastic location in Williamsburg. Chris is an outstanding host. Definitely would stay here again. 」

Parking wasn't a problem bc it was off season. Th3 furthest We had to park was down and around the block. The neighborhood felt safe. 「It was a nice apartment, very neat and cosy. Checking in was very easy, I would have wanted the codes a bit sooner than the day of the arrival though. The location isn’t real close to the city, but the subway was a 15 minute walk, that was ok for us. It took the subway less than 30 minutes to get to Manhattan. On our last day there wasn’t hot water, but other than that it was a real pleasant stay.!」

「My family stayed here for 2 nights (husband, myself and my 2 kids - age 8 and age 11). The condo was super clean and check-in was really easy. Location was amazing - right across the street from the beach and we were also able to walk into town (about a 25 min walk to town). Highly recommend this place and would defintely stay here again. 」

「The apartment is clean, cozy and well located. The one big downside is the bar downstairs. They play loud music until 3 am on Friday and Saturday. On other days they stay open until around midnight. The bass of the music came up through the floor and made it hard to sleep. Otherwise the apartment was very quiet with only occasional street noise.」
