"Decorated to a high standard, luxury, spacious, right in the heart of windermere and the lake district. Perfect."

"Really enjoyed it and it’s in a good location for pubs and for the bus out. The room was clean, however sofa isn’t comfortable and neither is the bed, leaving no comfort whatsoever which would have been nice when your tired travelling around the lakes. The light from the emergency exit also made it really hard to sleep. The key for the door needs fixing. It took us atleast 5 minutes everytime to get in, I believe the key is twisted but needs replacing. Overall I think it’s worth the money...

"Wow wow wow! “Boutique apartment” really does some The Rockefellers up of which their outstanding reviews do them justice. Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. There’s no doubt I’ll be back, thank you so much "

"I called this a home as this is how we felt staying there. The owners are lovely people who are there if you need but give you privacy. They made are Christmas. The views are stunning and the pictures are very accurate. We had from 2 to 9 adults and were great"

"Great location, perfect for a lovely half term break"

"A beautiful house. Perfect for our annual family Christmas trip. Plenty of room to relax, lots of comfy seating in the cosy living room. The children loved the playroom. We had a couple of power cuts due to the bad weather but the host was in contact with us straight away to give us updates and the issue was fixed really quickly. "We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and although we had a slight issue with the booking (expedia’s fault not theirs) the staff were brilliant upgrading our room and leaving a lovely card and chocolates for my husband. Also after dinner they presented my husband with a Happy Birthday plate with fruit and chocolates. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing. All the hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. We will definitely go back again. "

"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "
