What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. "Had a lovely stay . Had some issues with our booking , we booked a room with a queen bed and single bed but forgot to include our 2 15 year olds in our booking . On contacting Expedia they requested cancellation and re booking instead of just including them in the booking . The price had changed significantly. It was quite annoying and took us 2 hours to sort , in the end the hotel itself kindly looked after us and not Expedia ."
