"Overall it was a very nice hotel. I had the basic room and i was very impressed. The only issue i had was getting the shower hot. It never got to a hot temperature to actually enjoy a shower. Outside of that it was an amazing hotel and i definitely pplan on staying again. Thank you!"

"This is an older hotel with limited amenities. The beds are small and not very comfortable. The pillows are good. Parking is inconvenient if not valet. "

"This is our favorite place to stay in KC. Right on the Plaza close to so much shopping and dining. We wanted to stay the weekend but a ferocious winter storm made us leave a day early. We are hoping Expedia will give us a credit."
