"Great location, just across from the Ferry Terminal. The interior of the hotel is just stunning - very cool. Great comfortable room and just what we needed. Gym was 24 hours and fully stocked. Hotel service was great - everyone was so helpful and friendly. Just to note - valet parking is $91 a day so we just self parked at the lot across the street (you can't miss it) for around $35 per day. You can drive up to hotel, have the Bellhop send up your luggage and then go park and walk back to hotel (and do the same when you check out - have them bring down your luggage after going to pick up your car) This was one thing we were stressed about since we were driving (not from SF) and it worked out perfectly! I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in SF"

"Hotel Nikko is our favorite hotel in San Francisco. We live close by and like to staycation here when we get the chance. The hospitality is superb and they have great amenities. Our children love the pool! The food a a bit expensive, but good quality. We stay here every chance we get. "
