Great location, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking spots. Walking distance to Walmart and target. The king bed was uncomfortable, the mattresses on 2 rooms are worn out. Cockroaches are in the kitchen. Floor is covered extremely dusty, foot turned black after few minutes walking barefoot.

Great house to stay at!
Very clean and very spacious! We went in November so it was a little chilly outside. Would have beeb an even better place to stay in the summer time with the pool.

house was great for a group of 6-8, plenty of room inside and out. The front door lock system was sticky and not working well. Shower control was loose and fell off. No tools available. The 4-slice toaster only worked on one side, other side we had to hold handle down to toast. Not enough bathroom hand towels. Light bulb was very dim in laundry room. No remote in one of the queen bedrooms. BIG PROBLEM: Owner did not respond to our needs when locked out of the house. Did not come to let us in, had a locksmith lined up but needed her consent. With her OK, we broke into a side door around 1:15am!

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. It was far enough off the strip to enjoy some peace and quiet, but close enough to quickly catch an uber back. The home was very clean, but I can’t say the same for the backyard. When we arrived the cushions for the outdoor furniture were scattered around the ground and the pool was filled with leaves, trash, and dirt. Speaking of the pool, it was the reason we chose this location, but it was almost unusable. Beyond being dirty, it was ice cold which was frustrating since there was an unopened solar cover sitting in a disintegrating box a few feet away. In saying this, I take some accountability as the property was made available to us a couple hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The host was responsive, but at times it took weeks to get a response. This made me uneasy on the day of the stay when we had still not received check-in information and questioning if this was a scam post. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property, thank you!

Great home, terrible communication with host
We were given the wrong door code and when I kept trying to call, the host texted for me to stop calling. About 20 minutes later we finally got the code to the door. Same when I asked for the WiFi. I was sent a copy of the house rules with just the portion that had the WiFi a day after we checked in. When I asked for the full copy of that and check out procedures, I was notified a day after we left. Great space, horrible host.

Overall fairly happy, few things could have been avoided
Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. However, a few things to be mentioned. 1-communication was not great. Check in at 4pm, and I didn’t have the access code when my out of country flight landed at 4. When I asked, I was told a 2 hour delay for “unforeseen circumstances “ I then had to find something to do instead of going there 2- advertised a BBQ on site however all 3 propane tanks were empty. When I asked about it, host replied that there wasn’t any more. So I had to go get my own. Again- I’m from out of country, no idea where to go and big inconvenience. Also added expense when it SHOULD have been provided 3- pool maintenance guy showed up while my friend was home alone. Had no idea he was coming, made it very uncomfortable for her. This should have been communicated to me. 3- kitchen amenities needs to be looked over. No cutting board, one broken spatula. No dish cloths. Not enough coffee mugs etc. a good check through everything is needed 5- smoke alarm batteries need to be checked. One had dead battery and was chirping. We repaired. As I mentioned above, the home is beautiful and it’s in a nice quiet area. We felt safe. We were just disappointed with what I mentioned when we paid as much as we did for a week stay. There was no offer of discount or reimbursement for the delayed check in or lack of propane and inconvenience that both issues caused.

House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly.

Great stay at this beautiful house
This was a perfect house for our 4 day stay! We pulled into town an hour or so early, and they were perfectly ok with giving us the code early. Beautiful property that we absolutely loved. It was raining pretty bad 2 out of the 4 days we stayed so we really only got to enjoy the pool for one day. We had a slight leak in the master a/c Unit due to the excessive rain. But, the owners acted fast and came to check on us! We are pretty easy going people so we didn’t make a big deal about it and just turned the upstairs air conditioner and it stopped. Also, it didnt make the upstairs hot either! Regardless, we would be happy to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The property was a little older but has a lot of updates. Many barking dogs when we were outside. My husband has Parkinson’s and all four bedrooms were upstairs. Getting upstairs was very difficult for him. There was no portable garage door opener so someone had to manually close it after the car was backed out. Overall the property was acceptable, but we would rent a different property for the price next time.

The house was very clean and easy to locate. Check in process easy- even late at night. Not easy to travel with young adult children and hotel stays. This allowed each child to have their own room- 2 1/2 baths bonus! The pool was a godsend due to the heat! The location- so close to the strip, Hoover dam- Red Rock Canyan- and the airport!
