3 adults stayed at this home for 4 nights to attend a music festival in downtown Vegas. The home was very clean and well taken care of, and the neighborhood was quiet. Short Uber ride to get downtown or moderate length walk. Excellent, would highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our needs. Tacos El Gordo is right up the street, and the location between the Strip and LVMS was perfect. Easy access to the airport, and I-15. Clean and spacious for the four of us.

The house is super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. The bed in the master bedroom was ok but the other beds were very uncomfortable. They were thin mattresses with little support. The neighborhood is quaint, but the surrounding area is not safe to walk at night. It is not within walking distance of the Fremont Street experience so plan to drive or ride share if you plan to go anywhere. There was some difficulty communicating via VRBO since the reservation was made in Orbitz.
