"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

"This hotel is very basic and its price is low. You get what you pay for. It is not very clean, unless you get a room with air conditioning because it is considered a premium room. Otherwise the room is not clean. We booked a room with air conditioning but at first they gave us a room without AC. The room is not clean at all. Then we asked to be switched to a room with AC, like we booked and paid for. They switched and the room is much better. If you have better budget, book somewhere...
