"Hotel was booked for convience and had used before. Booking in was straight forward. Room was closer to reception this time which was great. The only issue was that one large towel looked dirty like it had make up on with mascara. We did try to ring reception but the phone in the room didn’t work and when rang the hotel from my mobile it cut of twice after a long while no body answering . "From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Tapas style menu and the breakfast was perfect, will certainly use this hotel again maybe even for a Personal trip to use all the facilities "

"The hotel is in an ideal position for the shops and train station. We had a last minute booking as our train was cancelled and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but its lovely and the rooms have lots of nice little touches in them, we had a family room and there was even little rubber ducks in the bath. We had an evening meal and I've got to say its the best meal I've had for a long time. "
