"The service at Renaissance was nothing short of exceptional. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They took every step to make our holiday extra special. The food on site was excellent. I am already making plans to go back to Thailand JUST to revisit Renaissance. The buildings and facilities are a little older- but that didn't bother me as everything was still neat and tidy. I understand there are plans to upgrade in the near future. Thank you to everyone at Renaissance!"

"second time for us. Pro's - great staff, friendly manager, great food, it's isolated (but if you get the grab app you can get a cab to lamai) and great villa. For improvement- no mats on the beds around the pool or cushions on the sitting area. The decking has also seen better days and needs repair. We still enjoyed it lots, good value for money."
