"Perfect location and friendly staff members especially the guy from Myanmar in the reception, lovely guy to have met. Also all other staff members were very polite and always greeted well. We stayed at Garden villa for a day and ocean view villa for few other days. Honestly speaking my boyfriend and I preferred the garden villa as was close to the restaurant and other amenities especially when going out of the villa, but ofcourse we enjoyed using our jacuzzi and ocean view from our other villa....

"Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door. "

"Exceptional room. Exceptional breakfast. Exceptional and lovely staff. Ideal central Chaweng location, and on the beach. Only downside for me was that the pool beach bar area was a bit too congested, too crowded - the tide was often unusually high during my stay so they could not have sunbeds on the beach as I think they usually would, so this restricted the space available. I would like to think I’ll be able to stay again. "

"Everything was great about this hotel. When I checked in they took me too my room. It was raining so I turned on the TV. There was no sound from the TV. I called and Maintenance came to take a look. They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "

Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry.
