"The hotel was under a major renovation as of Oct 2023. The rooms were dated, which is okay. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. There wasn't much offered for the complimentary breakfast. I am sure this place will be a nice place to stay when finished. This hotel is a bargain compared to the surrounding area hotels."

"Price was fair and room was nice. But hallway smelled like sour gabage cans. Breakfast was was little more than a few pastries, no toast or hot food and food looked day old. Building was in disarray from work being done in pool area which was closed. "

"This is a new boutique type hotel in a good location in Washington, Missouri that fit our needs on a bike trip down the Katy Trail. If unique and interesting decor is your thing. This is the place. Many items and decorations I had never seen before."
