"Hilton Niseko was a great stay! The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food (western and asian). The location next to the ski lift and next to the ski vallet and ski rental makes it hassle free 100%"

"It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level. The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied on bottled water. But other than that, he hotel and room condition are good. And it felt homely in the very cold condition when we were in Niseko. The breakfast at the hotel, for 2700 yen is also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was not bad too. We could not get a larger room, if there are."

"Great location and friendly staff. Easy 10 min walk to gondolas. Great spot for food trucks and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary food basket in our room on arrival very thoughtful and helpful. We will be back!"

"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"Excellent budget option for Niseko resort. Located with convenience stores, grocery store, and restaurant's nearby. Timely free ski shuttle as well. "

"Absolutely amazing stay! This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. The hotel has all the amenities required for the most wonderful stay. Breakfast has everything you can imagine, very tasty (I especially like the miso soup and healthy options available). Hirafu snowboard base is less than 5min walk up the hill and then after you can enjoy nice onsen before bedtime. Would definitely come stay again in the future. "

"Service was subpar, especially for $1200 per night. Housecleaning does poor job and leaves vacuums etc. in hallway all day. Front desk staff was confused and often unorganized in understanding/completing requests. If you want a place in this area to ski, stay at the Park Hyatt. "
