The rooms are very small, and one night it became clear not that sound-proofed (we knocked on the next door and asked them to quiet down and then it was fine), but there's a lot of table space in the lobby to spread out when you need to. Everything else is totally workable, clean. Location is great, next to Kawaramachi and Teramachi, between metro station and tons of buses. "
