"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. Front desk staff refused to honor a discount on room cost becaus when I signed up for 3 diving certifications “because I booked through Expedia” and then proceeded to charge me full price directly. "This hotel is beautiful. It is up the quiet end of Sairee Beach but close enough to walk in to the action. The rooms are beautiful - just like the pictures. The restaurant is lovely - great food and a wonderful breakfast assortment. Both buffet and a la carte. The pool is lovely and there are great Cabanas to lie on at the beach - which is basically private being that it is at the end. Would thoroughly recommend. Great pricing for what you get also."

"Loved the most the layout, design and location of the resort. The lighthouse design was so cute and like nothing we have stayed in before. There were only a few rooms on the property which made it feel secluded and peaceful. With a restaurant and infinity pool just 5 steps away from our rooms we couldn’t have asked for a better stay on koh Tao. Staff were so kind and helpful. "
