Happy hour cocktails on beachfront. Sairee beach was not really for me after the chilled vibe of the south but worth it for the amazing sunsets."

The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. Excellent customer service - the front desk staff are extremely accommodating, close to the main strip (short walk along the beach ~10 min walk), great breakfast selection (all included) and beautiful beach. "The resort is on a stunning tip of the island and the snorkeling is fantastic. This is our main reason for the hotel. The breakfast was good and provided different foods for all tastes.
