"We selected Schwan Locke per great reviews to be near an event close to the area and we were very pleased with our choice! The staff and rooms were amazing! Very cool vibe, super easy garage parking if you have a car, and great accommodations. The suite we stayed in had a great little kitchen and a super fun banquet for in-room meals or games. "During the checkin we requested a crib, they told us it will be sent to our room shortly. After 30 min it came, but it had dirty linen. We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "

"I stayed here twice. The first room I had I loved. Everything was very clean. The second room I got was extremely dirty. No trash can instead a big white bucket. Room was not clean and no towels. The shower needs some work. The water gets everywhere and floods. Breakfast and coffee was great. "
