"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel did complimentary luggage storage for us before check-in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well which made it easier to communicate. The hotel room was very large, especially compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. We brought 1 large luggage and 2 smaller ones and we had no issue opening all 3 luggages on the floor at the same time. The room was very clean, and even though housekeeping was not supposed to be included for a shorter stay, we requested full housekeeping service one day and they still did it at no extra cost. The hotel was very conveniently located, about a 10 min walk from Osaka/Umeda Station. The value you get for the price is great for this hotel. Highly recommend and we'd stay here again!"

"AMAZING HOTEL! Very conveniently placed right next to the Kitahama line. Room was a lot wider than we expected and while the bed was super firm it was surprisingly huge (Deluxe Double) for my next trip i will stay here again!"

"Staff lovely. Walkable to restaurants and shopping areas. Flexible, our check in time was at 3pm and we got there 1 hour early, room was ready so they allowed us to check in early. Accidentally left something precious to me and my fiance after check out and they were able to shio it to out to our current hotel I am happy they found it and shipped it."

"Nice modern hotel with great location near Dontonbori that is approximately a 12 min walk away. Check in using one of their electronic kiosks. Rooms are however are extremely small. They ask you to use every inch in the room by storing your luggage underneath the beds. What's cool however, is that if you have a party of 3, there are rooms with 3 individual twin beds which are all comfy. Downside is they charge to use the gym which is itty bitty with minimal equipment."

"My family had a great stay here, our room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many essential needs. Breakfast had great options for everyone. Only negative, and there are not many is i wish they had a standing shower rather than a tub/shower for elderly people. "
