「Really good home cooked food at a good price too but hotel side of the pub was a little expensive considering breakfast wasnt included but it was comfortable and clean and nice for me personally to have memory foam pillows instead of feather filled ones. 」

「All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. 「After a late arrival we were informed that the pool, sauna, steam room and gym were all still open which was a nice welcome after a long drive. We followed this by a drink in the bar area, service was noticeably stretched this particular evening due to a wedding party (possibly two), and an 80th birthday celebration meaning tables were not getting cleared and bar service was slow. 「Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief. Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden.
