"Really comfortable, clean beach getaway so close to the beach with beach access walk in a quiet, peaceful, friendly neighborhood in Fernandina. Thoroughly enjoyed a short, laid back surf fishing trip there, would return anytime (and say longer)! Great communication with host! "

"Unassuming house from the street with all the wow inside and with the best beach view out the back windows! Perfect for those trying to avoid stairs, but all the vacation beauty. We were traveling with our mid-80s parents and they navigated the house, the boardwalk and even the roof patio with ease. Great communication with host, and would definitely stay here again. "

"The proximity to the beach and ocean was fantastic, beds were comfy, the Kitchen is well equipped. he location also has a park in walking distance and Salt Life Restaurant is also within walking distance. "The room is actually quite big compared to most stand hotel room sizes. I would recommend putting in a small table with two chairs and maybe a full length mirror. The room was very clean plenty of towels and fresh bedding. Building was easy to find, was able to park right in front of our window. Entry was easy to understand. Very close to Cumberland island ferry and downtown area. Price was def worth it. Felt safe and clean for me and my children. "

" Our third year in a row renting this condo and we couldn't be happier. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Waking up to sunrise outside the our bedroom, and walking just 50 yards to a mostly empty beach are the highlights. The quiet pace of the community perhaps prior to the on-season is a benefit for us. When I initially booked it which I did fairly quick I thought it was on the beach but actually it's on the street right across from the beach but from the parking lot you could basically throw a rock to the beach.
