"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

"Very easy way to book in / check out. Really good size for what i paid just a cpl of issues. being the digital tv box didn't work and the oven didn't have any shelves to cook on. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. "
