Friendliness of staff and great service from the moment we walked in. "I have stayed here two years in a row. The location is very central in the middle of everything and easily walkable. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff was friendly. My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did.
