"I was here for a couple of nights in December, their peak season. I stayed in a room with pool access which was amazing. The pool is gorgeous, and I can see that it is cleaned everyday and the gardens are tidied. The view is beautiful. The pool area is quite aesthetic and a great place to come and relax when you are tired of the beach which is nearby. Kata beach is within walkable distance but you can also take the shuttle from the hotel. At night the street is very lively with shops going along the main street. Inside the room it was a bit dated and could do with a refresh. There was black mould stains on the interior decorations like the cushions. There was a bath inside the bathroom I probably wouldn't bathe in. I don't think that the showers are cleaned very well. Not the worst bathroom but also not the shiny hotel room that you would expect in the west. It does the job and is in liveable condition. I can say the water pressure is also fine. "

"Good resort. Breakfast was great. It took us 5 minutes to get from the front desk to our room. It's that big! The views were incredible! The room was comfortable and the beach was very close. The staff at the front desk was a bit cold but okay. The people at the taxi stand were helpful and kind. The happy hour was buy one get one. Very large resort so it took a day to figure out navigation. Would recommend!"

"Really lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and they put a message in the room and brought cake which was a nice touch. Our room was a great size, with huge bath and shower. Very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice, varied selection. Would recommend to others."
