“Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. “The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. “the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! “Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses.”
