“This house is really nice. Probably not the best fit for little kids - we had a two year old with us and we were running around making sure she didn’t touch any of the nice decor. The house is really nice and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was dirty, but the weather wasn’t good enough for swimming. The only other odd thing was that the master had no shower curtain so water gets all over the bathroom. There are also no towel hooks. ”

“This was such a fun place to stay. The villa itself was very nice. Clean and well appointed and met all of our needs. We loved the live music on Friday and didn’t want the night to end. So nice to walk just a few steps to go to bed. We were in town for an event a few miles away so this was just perfect. Enjoyed a day shopping in Denton which wasn’t too far away. Very charming downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. ”

“Overall, the property was nice and clean however, all the batteries in the remotes were dead and the smoke detectors kept chirping so we had to replace all the batteries in the property. The swimming pool had LG growing in it so we brushed it, hoping to clean it up some overall I did not expect to have to work on my vacation. ”

“Cute little home to stay in! The winery is also quite nice to spend time at. It's a little hard to find once you pull up and we had to ask for directions at the winery. Once you pull in, drive past it and continue past the metal barn until you see a house with a sign. The home is actually a duplex, so you do share a wall with other visitors and we could hear them very clearly. But other than that, we had a nice time.”

“i really enjoyed staying here! the gentle rocking of the boat soothes you right to sleep at night, and the view from the “porch” was beautiful. i had fun fishing and hearing music in the early evening from the blutooth speakers in and outside of the boat. i will say, i did prefer the public bathroom to the one in the boat, but it wasn’t a nightmare. the wifi was a bit shakey but its a good thing i travel with my own hotspot! definitely a great place to stay! it says it sleeps three but i think……
