"It was a good stay. However there seemed to be a mishap with Hotels.com as it appeared that Holiday Inn did not get the message of the extra guest and treated us as if only one guest was staying despite the request being lodged explicitly. But the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable. It was also helpful for them provide a shuttle with regular intervals. So yeah, this is worth a stay at."

"Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly."

"This was a very nice place to stay for a couple days in Osaka. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel management is to try to add some shelves or hooks or luggage racks to the rooms. There really is nowhere to put your luggage aside from the floor or on the couch."
