Very nice apartment. Good location. Everything was there. Comfy beds. 1 thing we noticed: the washing machine had a very dirty rubber strip. First clean it and run the wachine on hot without laundry. Not clean yet but needed to wash either.

Location is perfect
We absolutely loved the location of the condo. Steps from Carlin Park which was great for us and our dog. Condo was very nicely done and comfortable. The pool was great and neighbors were very friendly. Hope to come back next year.

Wonderful Condo and Convenient Location
It was the perfect place for our family for a trip for a wedding. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, modern and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus it had an incredibly convenient location being close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo!
Beautiful condo! We stayed here while we waited for our moving truck to arrive in Jupiter! It was perfect for our family of four plus our dog and just beautiful! On top of that Marty was so great and easy to communicate with! We will be recommending this to our family and friends when they come to visit!

Perfect location for stay in Jupiter
We were attending a wedding in the area. Perfectly located for easy access to the beach and all the locales we needed to be near. There’s a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts on property as well but didn’t have time to use. Marty was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Jupiter’s Carlin Park
This condo is steps away from Carlin Park and only a few minutes walk to Jupiter Beach. It is an ideal location. Numerous restaurants nearby without having to drive on major highways. The unit was recently updated and was clean, comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend. Owner was quick to respond to questions about the TV and cable operations.

Nice property
It is a nice 2-bedroom condo, very clean. Each bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom. Right abutting the Carlin Park, so the trails and all facilities at the park is right at our doorstep. The beautiful beach is a short walk through the park, very close and convenient. The beach has outdoor showers, bathroom and shaded benches. All appliances are quite new and work very well. Wifi is very good, TV channels have a good range of choices. Sent owner Marty messages at night and got answers early next morning. We would stay here again if we come back to Jupiter!

Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience.
Air conditioning did not work ever. 3 "attempts" to fix the issue. Left unit half way through our stay. Taking legal action to obtain refund for unused days. Strongly do not recommend. Such a hassle overall.

Beware
I was supposed to stay at this property for 4 nights with my two children, husband, and mother. On the day of our arrival, Marty sent me a message that there were three small holes in the ceiling of the secondary bathroom (inside the smaller bedroom). There was a leak from the unit above, but he fixed it. He was going to fix the holes between guests, but it's all good. Until it wasn't. During the middle of the night on our second night, water began pouring out of the ceiling from the unit above us. The water spread into the bedroom where my husband and 6 year old child were sleeping. Water flooded the bathroom. Water from above destroyed our toiletries (toothbrushes, leather toiletry bags, expensive makeup, etc.). The ceiling in the bathroom was clearly soaked. I don't know how far the ceiling was wet into the bedroom. It was NOT safe to stay in this room. In fact, the bathroom was completely NOT usable as water was dripping through the ceiling at the entry. We were concerned wet drywall would fall from the ceiling and potentially injure someone. In the middle of the night, we knew it was not safe to stay there, so we had to call hotels to see where we could get two rooms and move. Marty does not see a problem with the "fix" and refuses to refund any money. VRBO is still investigating after 5 days. I finally had to dispute with my credit card company. I gave Marty ample time to make the situation right prior to leaving a one star review. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Great place and an incredible location close to beach within walking distance. The house was spotless and cool when we walked in. We couldn't ask for a better location in Jupiter, a shot walk and even a shorter drive to the beach and restaurants. We will certainly return.
