"The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. "I love the palce, Everything is easy access to all shopping malls, very convenient, transportation walkable, i dont like is, the room we reserved is not yet available when the time we checked in, check in time is 2pm, i got the hotel at 3pm still not available, we still wait atlist 1 hr. "Reserved a 2BR executive room with balcony and city view. Sounded nice. Room size was fine but "city view" was actually looking directly across at other old, deteriorating buildings. Unit had tv but programming was ALL Chinese. This place is a bit "off the grid" I did not have cellular service until I drove 5mins to the main road."
