A beautiful, comfortable, and clean condo with super easy beach access, and the benefit of having a pool right out the door in the summer heat can not be understated! With great restaurants just a few blocks away, the Happy Pineapple is an absolute gem – looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful!
We had a great stay! Our friends rented the other listing next to us which made it easy for us to hangout together and have our separate spaces when we wanted. Easy to get to the beach, but also nice hanging by the pool or on the patio. We will definitely book again!

The Happy Pineapple is a lovely oceanfront spot to stay. Exactly as described and shown. Very conveniently located to restaurants (Metro Diner is s must!), shopping, and Mayo Clinic (very easy 12 minutes away). Hosts are very pleasant and, have thought of every single thing one might need.

Our stay was great. Location is perfect for access to the beach. It’s a quick drive to Neptune beach where all the restaurants and shops are. Mattresses were memory foam and very comfortable. I was grateful for that. We will be coming back for sure.

The condo couldn't be better situated between Neptune beach and the pier in Jacksonville Beach. Great restaurants close by and the condo was very comfortable furnished with everything you need. No stairs or elevator to fool with - first floor location was ideal. We'll be back.

It was a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. We made the mistake of buying some lawn chairs only to learn they had some in the guest closet. Sara and Max were great hosts and were on top of things. Would recommend for anyone looking for great beach access.

Best stay ever
The happy pineapple is the place to stay if your heading to Florida. It’s quiet and relaxing. Right on the beach and has a pool. Minutes from so many good eats and entertainment. Safe night life. They have everything you need and then some in the condo. They accommodate beach and pool time. The beds were extremely comfy.... overall very please and will stay again in the future.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay. Our trip was a visit to the Mayo Clinic/ family get away. The location was perfect. About 5 minutes to Mayo. Right on the beach. Private and quiet. No stairs for the little one to fall or us old ones to climb. The computer that is there was great, and saved the day when an unexpected assignment was due. We will definitely stay at the Happy Pineapple again.
