Built in 1925 and located in the historic Belhaven neighborhood, this vintage-style 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located near downtown Jackson and the Fondren art district. Explore this scenic area, from its unique, historic homes to a medley of locally-owned restaurants. Located across the street from Belhaven Town Center, have a delicious dinner at Elvie's Bistro, unwind with a drink at the Fertile Ground Beer Company, or grab a coffee at District Donuts.

This space is equipped with a modern, full eat-in kitchen. A queen-sized, very comfortable bed with a closet to store your items. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries. The living area includes a Roku TV, a small desk, and wifi. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the charming, covered outdoor deck with a scenic view of the communal patio.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment unit with parking in front and back of the building. Easy check-in process with access code. A welcome book with information and recommendations will be provided.
