"Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. "

"When we arrived, our access codes did not work and the garage door was still broken. We also did not know there are 32 flights of stairs to go up to the entrance into Condo…no elevator… this was not indicated in the description of property. The only TV that worked was the one in living room. The “Clean Lint” light on the dryer stays on even when the lint filter is clean, which is concerning. The condo was clean except for dust on the ceiling fans and some cobwebs in the very high ceilings. It...

"The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom."

"I enjoyed my stay at America's Best. I especially appreciated that my room had a comfy chair, a couch, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and that breakfast was available every morning. A short list of pros and cons: The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier at times, but it wasn't a serious hindrance. Breakfast could use a little work in terms of variety, but it was satisfactory. The room was comfortable and clean with the exception of the carpet, which should be replaced in the near future, but I don't tend to care about those things. The bed was soft but not firm enough. It made sleeping difficult some of the time."
