This motel was fine for our overnight stay after a long drive. Beds were fairly cozy and the sheets/bedding were clean. Overall the room was not the cleanest but fine, it was quiet, and the breakfast was adequate for a quick meal before hitting the road.

Worst staff ever me in my 40 years of travel. They can’t be more careless. They talk to customers cold blooded and they don’t pay attention to what they say… repeat same question every time you call or talk to them directly. No shuttle service and no care. They broke my bag handle and ignored my complaints… even the manager! And by the way, getting a hold of the manager is one of the hardest! A receptionist told me to call by 12 noon to be able to talk to the manager. I called 12:05 for a surprise; the manager came in at 10am and left at 12 noon without any respect. They lost a piece of mail for me that has a credit card shipped to me from American Express. The tracking from USPS says it’s been delivered by 01/02 @1215; and they keep denying receipt until now!!! CARELESS, SLOW AND DISRESPECTFUL. DON’T GO THERE!

I liked that we could have our dog and our car was right outside the door. We were woken up by other guests fighting (not the fault of the hotel) and there was no breakfast when we came to eat at 7 o’clock.

Nothing like pictures online. Everything old and worn out and dirty. Heater broken and loud. Unable to sleep. Dresser, doors all chipped and scratched. Went down for breakfast after not being able to sleep due to loud broken heater at 0820am and they were out of half breakfast items including caffeinated coffee. Told staff and their response was once items are gone they do not replace. Including coffee. How can they advertise breakfast 6-9am if they don’t have all items until 9. Disappointed with our stay here and won’t be staying here again.

This property is in serious need of repairs. The toilet seat was broken and the metal bed squeaked every time you moved in bed. The breakfast was very marginal.
