"Property was nice, clean, except the elevators which smelled musty. Good system for self check in and door system. Had expected separate living room and bedroom and thought had a balcony but did not( my mistake probably). Small kitchenette area with coffee maker, toaster and fridge. Good after service as husband left an item in room and great communication from the team and they found it… Would definitely use Sonder again but need to check what room option I’m booking. "

The community gate was broken upon arrival, remaining open all weekend, which made the security guard feel redundant.
