"On my way home from Vegas, I decided to take a detour and visit Joshua Tree. I was happy to know that there was a Holiday Inn Express just miles from the North entrance to Joshua Tree. I arrived around 2:00 pm and the gentleman (I think his name is Brian) checked me in a bit early to my surprise and delight. He was very kind, helpful and efficient. "Good value motel. Easy to check in, easy to park, good location near the park entrance and grocery stores. My room was very clean but a little bit shabby - the wallpaper was peeling a bit, the amenity space looked to be under construction, etc. Still, good value for what I needed. "

"The hotel property and our room was clean. The pool and hot tub was exceptionally clean. The mexican restaurant on-site was really good. The staff was professional and kind. Stater Brothers was in walking distance. Aside from the traffic noise (which affected my sleep) it was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again."
